CANNABAU:<\/strong> Es gibt verschiedene Arten von Bauprodukten aus Industriehanf, wie z. B. Wolle oder Matten auf Faserbasis.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr Hanfbeton nehmen wir Hanfsch\u00e4ben und mischen sie mit einer Zusammensetzung auf Kalkbasis. Dann formen und verdichten wir das Material auf seine endg\u00fcltigen Abmessungen, entfernen die Form und lagern die nassen Hanfbetonbl\u00f6cke zum Trocknen. Nach etwa zwei Wochen palettieren wir das Material.<\/p>\n

Ich bin zum ersten Mal w\u00e4hrend meines Studiums auf Hempcrete gesto\u00dfen und war immer auf der Suche nach einem unternehmerischen Projekt, das allen zugute kommen k\u00f6nnte.<\/h2>\n

GICA:<\/strong> Wie ist die CannaBau seit ihrer Gr\u00fcndung gewachsen?<\/p>\n

CANNABAU:<\/strong> Nachdem wir 2019 Roger Dauer kennengelernt hatten, entwickelten und bauten wir eine eigene Prototyp-Maschine, mit der wir ein Jahr lang eine kleine Manufaktur im Umweltbildungszentrum Treptow-K\u00f6penick betreiben konnten. Wir haben dort rund 1.000 Bl\u00f6cke produziert und einige im CRCLR House Impact Hub Berlin in Neuk\u00f6lln installiert.<\/p>\n

Sp\u00e4ter beschlossen wir, die industrielle Produktion zu erweitern und unsere Produkte nach den deutschen Bauvorschriften zu zertifizieren. \u00f6ffentliche Bauvorhaben<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wir sind jetzt bei .GUT angesiedelt und suchen nach einer Finanzierung und einem CFO, um eine kleine Produktion in Tegel zu starten.<\/p>\n

CANNABAU:<\/strong> Industriehanf ist eine der am schnellsten wachsenden und \u00e4ltesten Kulturpflanzen. Es gibt \u00fcber 50.000 industrielle Anwendungen, er ben\u00f6tigt weniger Wasser als Kulturen wie Baumwolle und kommt ohne D\u00fcngemittel und Pestizide aus.<\/p>\n

Bl\u00f6cke aus Hanfbeton von CannaBau<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Hanf absorbiert eine Menge CO2, etwa 22 Tonnen pro Hektar, und regeneriert den Boden. Die Hanfsch\u00e4ben, der innere Holzkern der Pflanze, sind hochpor\u00f6s und eignen sich daher hervorragend f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Bauisolierung.<\/p>\n

Es kann das F\u00fcnffache seines Gewichts an Wasser aufnehmen und wieder abgeben. Wir binden dieses Material mit einer Zusammensetzung auf Kalkbasis.<\/p>\n

CANNABAU:<\/strong> Der Anbau und die Verarbeitung von Hanf verbrauchen weniger Prim\u00e4renergie. Die pflanzliche Biomasse speichert viel Kohlenstoff, der im Bauwerk lange Zeit erhalten bleibt. Hanfbeton kann bis zu 110 kg CO2 pro Kubikmeter speichern. Seine thermischen Eigenschaften verbessern die Energieeffizienz von Geb\u00e4uden und verringern den Bedarf an Heizung und K\u00fchlung. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen 10% des alten Materials in der neuen Produktion wiederverwendet werden, vorausgesetzt, es wird beim R\u00fcckbau sauber getrennt.<\/p>\n

Wir arbeiten bei Forschungs- und Entwicklungsvorhaben mit deutschen Institutionen zusammen und haben in diesem Jahr den ersten Hanfbeton-Workshop an der TU Berlin und dem Natural Building Lab veranstaltet.
